Can I have a refund or an exchange?
For all regular priced items as well as items that are 15% or less off. We accept exchanges and credit notes. But we do not offer refunds.
Items over 15% off are final sale. No exchange, credit note or refund will be accepted.

Can I get a price adjustment if an item i purchased later goes on sale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on any products
Can i try the items before my purchase?
Of course, we have a small boutique in Laval with fitting rooms. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an appointment.
Is it possible to cancel an order that has not yet been sent?
No order cancellation is possible. It is important to check everything carefully before placing the order.
Is it possible to make a change in my order if it has not yet been sent?
You can make a request to modify items in your order at email@example.com. If possible, we will be happy to help you. However, we do not guarantee any modification and the item may be sent before the order modification request is processed. Please check your items carefully before placing your order.
How can I be sure that my purchase was made correctly?
When an order is placed, we send a receipt with all the information by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a gift card or I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
At the end of your order, right before the payment you must enter the code received.
- Note that it is only possible to use one promotional code per order. It will therefore be up to you to use the one that is most advantageous.
