Shipping

When confirming the order details, you will have the possibility to choose between getting your order shipped or come pick-up your order at our office in Mirabel.

Canadian orders are shipped using Canada post services. Once processed, orders take 24 hours to 3 business days to arrive at destination. All shipping updates and tracking numbers are sent to the email on fill.

International deliveries are made with your local post. Once processed, it takes 5-15 business days for the packages to arrive at their destination. All shipping updates and tracking numbers are sent to the email on fill. 
 
If your package seems lost please contact us at info@mennillo.ca we will take control of the situation. Note that you must allow 1-3 business days before initiating an investigation with the delivery company.
