The percentage of promotional codes is added to the discount on each product. Therefore, if the total discount from the product discount combined with the promotional code exceeds 20%, your item will be on final sale.

During a buy 2 and get 2 at X% discount type promotion, if the total discount is more than 20% off on each item, all items included in the promotion are considered to be discounted.
