MENNILLO RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Regular price items & items at 20% off or less:
For regularly priced items and those with a discount of 20% or less, exchanges, credit notes, and refunds are permitted within 30 days of receiving the package. For online refunds to your payment method, a $12 fee will be deducted to cover return shipping to our warehouse. Returns are covered by us and shipped via Canada Post for Canadian orders only. Items can also be returned directly to our head office. Please request a return by clicking the link at the top of the page. Once your request is accepted, you will receive instructions for the exchange process. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and must not be worn or washed. Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to you at your expense. All swimsuit bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Dirty swimsuits will be returned to you at your expense.
 
Item over 20% off:
All items over 20% off are final sale.
During a buy 2 and get 2 at X% discount type promotion, if the total discount is more than 20% off on each item, all items included in the promotion are considered to be discounted. 
We are flexible on exchanges and work on a case-by-case basis. So if ever you are not eligible for an exchange do not hesitate to write to us at info@mennillo.ca and will be happy to help you !
