Start an exchange or credit request

MENNILLO RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Regular price items & items at 20% off or less:

For regular priced items and items at 20% and less. Exchanges and credit notes are accepted. 

The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the package. Please note that we do not offer any refunds but the return is covered by us with Canada post (for Canadian orders only). It is also possible to make a return directly at our boutique. Please make the return request at the bottom of the page and once approved, you will receive the instructions for the exchange/return.

The item must be in its original condition. Nothing must have been worn or washed. If we receive an item that is not in its original condition, we will not be able to accept it and we will have to return it at your expense. 

Item over 20% off:

All items over 20% off are final sale.

During a buy 2 and get 2 at X% discount type promotion, if the total discount is more than 20% off on each item, all items included in the promotion are considered to be discounted. 

We are flexible on exchanges and work on a case-by-case basis. So if ever you are not eligible for an exchange do not hesitate to write to us at info@mennillo.ca and will be happy to help you !
