Mennillo will gladly accept returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned package in CAD and has no expiry date. All returns must be initiated by email firstname.lastname@example.org
All returns shipped back to us will be covered for orders from Canada, but the new shipment will be at the customers cost.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the arrival of the package. Customer must email us for the exchange request. Once received and approved the request, we will email more details regarding the exchange.
* Promo codes that are 15% off and less that are used on regular price items are considered to be regular price.
For products that are on sale we accept exchanges or credit via gift card. Please take note that return labels are fully covered by the customer.

If we receive an item that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
